AI for Aatma Nirbhar Bharat – India AI Impact Summit 2026

𝐀𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐫𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭 – 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐈 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 
The Department of Computer Science Engineering and IIC successfully organized the AI for Aatma Nirbhar Bharat – India AI Impact Summit 2026, centered on the theme “𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥.” The summit highlighted the crucial role of Artificial Intelligence and quality higher education in strengthening human capital for a self-reliant India.
The event was held under the esteemed leadership of 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐥 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥- 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚- 𝐂𝐄𝐎, and 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒. 𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐲- 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 and 𝐃𝐫. 𝐂.𝐌. 𝐓𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐢- 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬. 
𝐃𝐫. 𝐒. 𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐲, as the Resource Person, delivered an insightful session on “Reinvigorating Human Capital through Excellence in Higher Education,” emphasizing education, skills, attitude, innovation, and ethics as key drivers of employability and national growth.
The session addressed holistic student development, multidisciplinary learning, industry-academia alignment, and challenges in higher education, inspiring faculty and students to contribute to nation-building through innovation, research, and ethical leadership—aligned with the vision of 𝐀𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐫𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭.
