The DEEKSHARAMBH Orientation Programme 2025–26 for the Management & Law department at VGI

The 𝐃𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐇 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟔 for the Management & Law department at Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions, began on an enthusiastic and vibrant note. The day opened with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony and blessings of Goddess Saraswati, setting a spiritual and positive tone. The event’s success was guided by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐥 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥- 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚- 𝐂𝐄𝐎, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒.𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐲- 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫. 
𝐃𝐫. 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐡𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡, 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, welcomed the students with an inspiring address focused on values, ethics, and professional growth. 𝐌𝐬. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐣𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐫, 𝐃𝐲. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝- 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, oriented students on the academic environment and campus culture, followed by registration coordinated by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐒𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐕.𝐊. 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡- 𝐀𝐝𝐝. 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 & 𝐇𝐑- 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝, delivered a 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠. 
A dedicated session on 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐕𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 briefed students on campus rules and discipline. The day concluded with a fun and interactive 𝐕𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚, promoting analytical thinking and teamwork. The orientation successfully combined tradition with professional insights, marking a meaningful beginning to the academic journey.
